Our training program is designed to build essential skills for Twin Lakes area athletes in grades 3-12. From strength to speed, agility, and injury prevention, MACH 10 offers tailored training to give your child the competitive edge. Led by MHHS Football Strength & Conditioning Coordinator, Brett Shrable, each session is personalized to their age and skill level for maximum impact.
What is MACH 10 training?
MACH 10 is a 10-week athlete training program designed to enhance overall athleticism, including speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention.
Is this only for Mountain Home Public School students?
No! MACH 10 is open to all area athletes in grades 3-12 from any school or homeschooled.
What is the schedule?
Sessions are held once a week for 10 weeks. You can view the schedule on the registration page for each age group.
What should my child bring to training?
Athletes should wear comfortable athletic clothing, bring water, and proper footwear.
Is the program safe for my child?
Yes! We prioritize injury prevention and use proper techniques to ensure athletes train safely and effectively.
How is MACH 10 different from other training programs?
MACH 10 focuses on overall athletic development, not just sport-specific skills, ensuring that athletes improve strength, speed, agility, and injury prevention across the board.
How do I register my child for the program?
You can register your athlete online by filling out the form on our registration page. Payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.
Can I stay and watch during training sessions?
You are welcome to sit in the stands at the football stadium or the gym; however, parents are not permitted on the field or in the training area during sessions.
